Our plate holders are all custom CNC laser cut in house to ensure perfect quality and presentation on your car.
They are completely road legal since they are not actually part of the number plate, therefore don't actually need to adhere to any rules and regulations
Yes our plates are fully road legal including each and every letter style we provide. All letters are made from compliant acrylic and has been tested to surpass any DVLA standard.
The letters are also attached using industry leading 3M glue to ensure letters never fall off!
Yes all variations of short and hex plates are legal, so long as they pass some simple standards.
as stated by the DVLA the only rules for the shape and size of plates are
- The size of the plate must allow for 11mm from the edge of any given letter to the edge of the plates (ours have 15mm)
- All plates must be made using the correct materials (PMMA acrylic)
-All plate are required to use the correct reflective standard on every plate
In short so long as plates adhere to these they are road legal in any shape!
Printed and 4D borders (Even coloured ones) are road legal.
- Borders must be permanently fixed to the plates
-Borders can be any colour so long as they leave 11mm to the edge of the lettering and are no thicker than 5mm
We supply free of charge 30x sticky pads for bundle orders and 10x for plates only. these sticky pads are extremely strong and specifically made for number plate use.
We recommend putting 10x sticky pads on each holder to stick too the car and a further 5x sticky pads on each plate to stick them to the holder.
Please be aware holders and plates are not pre stuck together, please make sure everything is stuck securely to ensure proper fitment to you vehicle.
